Our Story

Born at a Pop-Up.
Built for the City.

Za Za started as a pop-up at Sole DXB in 2023: one oven, oversized New York-style pies, and a line that would not quit. Built by the team behind Rascals Deli, it grew into a permanent slice bar in Jumeirah Garden City, then kept going.

Checkerboard floors, red booths, marble counters and slices bigger than your head. Not an imported franchise. A Dubai original.
